Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. However, returns are subject to the conditions below:

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Initiating a Return

To start a return, contact us at info@alvluxevault.com. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how to return the package, including the return address.

Non-Refundable Situations

Size Issues: If a size chart is provided, customers are responsible for choosing the correct size. No refunds will be given for items ordered in the wrong size unless the product does not match the measurements specified.
Dislike or Preference: If the customer is dissatisfied with the product’s appearance or quality (e.g., color, style, material) after delivery, and these details were clearly presented in product images and descriptions, returns will not be accepted.
Restocking Fees: A 15% restocking fee applies for any returns of high-value items or products not returned in original packaging. This fee will be deducted from the final refund.
Non-Returnable Items: The following are not eligible for returns:

  • Opened or used products (e.g., costumes, accessories with hygiene concerns).
  • Custom products or personalized items.
  • Perishable goods such as food or flowers.
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
  • Sale items and gift cards.

Damages and Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@alvluxevault.com. We will assess the situation and provide a solution.

Return Shipping Responsibility

Unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as a defective product or wrong item shipped), customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

Refund Process

We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, return the original product (if eligible), and place a new order for the desired item. Exchanges are processed as separate purchases.

European Union Customers

For items shipped to the European Union, you have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel or return your order for any reason without justification. Items must be in unused condition with original packaging and proof of purchase.
